Care to share what they sing for Van Der Sar, Ben Foster, Wes Brown, Rio Ferdinand, Patrice Evra, Michael Carrick, Nani, Darren Fletcher, Antonia Valencia, Owen Hargreaves, Michael Owen, Danny Welbeck?

As for the above, VDS,Brown,Rio,Evra,Carrick,Nani,Fletcher,Hargreaves,Owen all have songs but im not going to type them out for you as I can't be arsed

The only songs I can think of which they have for players is:
Rooneys (which is a shit song) I agree
Vidic (which I will always see as an Arsenal song for Viera) It really isn't an arsenal song, you think that tune was only used for veira ?
Park (fair enough, quite funny, but still takes the piss out of Liverpool if anything) Doesn't deserve one either way
Berbatov (which is as exciting as Ireland is Superman or We've got Robinho) No it has a different tune, and noone else sings it
Anderson has a song I think, but I couldn't tell you how it goes. - Agadoo
Giggs (some gay Robin Hood song) & Giggs will tear you apart to joy division
Scholes (Paul Scholes scores goals - ultimate cringe) True though.

All they do at most away games is sing about some pisshead who's dead or some French dick who decided being an actor was better than playing for United.
No we don't we sing original songs about our club

We are the pride of all europe
Hello we are the busby boys
Manchester Calypso
Stretford end arising

Plenty other old ones that get a good airing aswell. And I havent even named 1 small percent of our songs there.
The difference in our supports in my opinion is that we have shit support at home and admit it, and some try to do something about it.
Wheras yourselfs have shit support at home and seem to try and kid yourselfs that it is good.
Our away support is second to non to anyone in the premierleague but is still getting worse, however yours always seems to be full of women and kids and some idiot student type kids.

Yes I am a rag and any questions on this topic I'll be happy to reply to sensibly to you lot aslong as you dont come out with the 'Your not from manchester' 'Munich''Only supported united since 99' rubbish, serious responses please ...

"away support is second to none"??? Im not meaning this in a 'plastic fan' type insult, but do you actually go to away games?
Because every year when united come to COMs they stand there with there hoods up, red army men in black all that bullshit. Dont wear colours, dont sing, dont show any passion because its 'cool'

I do mate yeah I go wherever I can europe etc aslong as I can afford to (and im from manchester) Shocking I know ha!
I see what you mean by all in black but you have to remember judging us on away games like the derby/liverpool/arsenal(especially) is a bit unfair, we have a very big young following at the moment 16-20 and alot of these lads are as vocal as you get, but find tickets for aways almost impossible to get (I have been going 20 odd years and still struggle) because games like that all the execs want to go and experience a day out with united when they are not wanted, games like southampton away on a sunday afternoon like last year is where we should be judged, a game we are sure to win 6 hours away and yet we get a full turn out. As for wearing black my experience of this is purely so you could go in to town afterwards and get in wherever you want, not to act big and hard although it has caught on that way, however I do think anyone in a replica over the age of 16 looks very silly. I mean young lads, should be trying to dress well not poncing around in some bright red shirt with a stupid black chevron on the front shouldn't they ?
This is my opinion but thats what football support should be, not some new age bunch in shirts singing soccer am song ad 'who are ya'.
To the other lad the calypso is 'Manchester, Manchester united, a bunch of bouncing busby babes they deserve to be knighted, when there playing in your town get yourself to that football ground, take a lesson you will see football taught by matt busby' (repeat for a good 15 minutes)

Now message for the mods/admins, dont ban me ey lads just because I support another team, Im not going to come on here chatting rubbish and giving it the 33 years ;) just be intresting to see your say on things, (sorry for making another account) A

full body armour and helmet are donned!!!

i think our songs are boring, the popular ones we sing a lot are! I like the "different ones"

1. blue moon.....excellent
2. invisible man..awfull
3. adabayour......awfull
4. we are city...average
5. we never win at home..average
the songs sung in the pubs before are loads better,
1. no 1 is collin bell
2. if i die in a kippax st
3. the adams family etc, etc

why don't the masses take on the longer better songs on matchday instead of the repetitive boring songs that are sung every week!

Ive been saying this for ages mate! Apart from about 3 songs/chants we have got seriously unoirginal and really poor efforts at footy songs! SHITE!

Funny, I had suspicions about you last night. Your the tosser who lives on the urmston shit farm who spent 24/7 on BlueView known as Chalky and AKA Martin Buchan.

I completely agree with you mate i mean im a 14 year old lad but i know that our songs are dull except a few
E.g.
Invisible Man
Blue Moon
Nananananana city
and Hark now here
but i dont think the main problem is our songs i think its our atmosphere i mean we only sing when were winning and when we do score we'll sing for about 5 minutes then sit and go quiet and most of it is the way our ground is split i mean to cut the main singing fans into two is just a silly mistake if we want a better atmosphere which will equal better songs there are two elements we need to think about how our ground is set out and we need to start winning trophies and once we get all these things sorted the songs will just roll into place.
And the stadium should start rocking every weekend :)

What I dont get is the 'we've got be be near the away fans to sing' that the anti moving away fans spout all the time.

Look at Germany, for example, I can only speak from the Schalke game, but they were at the other end ffs.

I agree, total bullshit. If you want to be heard, just sing louder.

Exactly!

Have you ever noticed that on the very rare occasion that all the South Stand (not just one or two blocks like usual - the rest of you are shit!) and all the Singing Section all sing one song together as one and do it loud; the majority of the rest of the stadium then join in and get a good loud song going!? Have you ever noticed that when a really weak and poor effort of a song is started by about 1000 fans in the South Stand (this is about 95% of the time!) or 500 fans in the Singing Section that the rest of the stadium dont bother with the shit effort neither!?

I know there is another thread about "operation one end", But seriously that is what is needed! If there was a full end of vocal and loud City fans all singing as one i would guarantee 100% that there would absolutely definately be a better atmopshere at the CoMS as a whole than there is now! Fuck the fact we havent won any trophies for years and if we do the atmosphere will improve, im not buying that one bit - its shit now, its absolutely shit, against West Ham last week i looked over at the South Stand and Singing Sections in disgust at the toal lack of effort put in by our so called decent vocal fans - you are shit almost the lot of you (not all!)! Songs and atmopshere need to drastically improve!

So what we had a good atmosphere for 10 minutes against Arsenal, big wow! What about the other 80 minutes!? The so called singers again were quiet as fuck and outsung by Arsenal fans - you were by the Wolves fans as well as them singing "your support is fucking shit!" about 10 times! West Ham fans sang "cant buy an atmopshere!" Stoke fans sung "3-0 and you still dont sing" last season - notice a pattern here!?

There arent enough people in the South Stand and Singing Section to create a good atmosphere! How people dont know this is beyond me yet still people say that Operation One End isnt the answer! It might not be the total answer to getting the best atmosphere in the Prem but it will be a dam site better than the dreadful and embarrassing quitness that we have now!

A picture paints a thousand words....

To that United fan. If you didn't sing about us you'd only have 40% of your current songs to sing. I've lost count of the amount of times I've heard your away support singing about City non-stop, from the first minute to the last. If you minus your nursery rhymes as well, that percentage goes down even further.

Boyle might be good at making up piss taking songs, but when it comes to genuinely good football chants/songs, he hasn't got a clue.

One more point. For all your songs, when blue Moon is sung by the thousands, you haven't got a song to match it. Don't believe me? Ask Fergie. He wanted an anthem that could be sung at OT that matched You'll Never Walk Alone or Blue Moon. He's still waiting.

Please don't have a go at me!
But what is the Tevez song, I've forgotten the words!

Also to show that the rags sing about us all the time.
They have a new Tevez song.

"Who's that t**t from Argentina,
Who's that money grabbing w***e,
His name is Carlos Tevez,
And he won't win trophies anymore."

A few months ago they loved him!
