I HATE YOU CITY

Not the end of the world, I had accounted for a loss in this one in my calculations. I have Spurs losing their next two games with us getting something against a soft Arsenal side with nothing to play for, leaving May 5th the decider and us not losing that game at Eastlands.

numb fucking numb
thank fuck I didn't watch it
bad enough watching that 2 minute refresh

when the going gets hard we turn to shit

Obviously when I say "I HATE YOU CITY" I don't mean I hate the club literally. Just the way they f*ck with our heads and bottle it, break our hearts constantly. "Wouldn't be City otherwise" is the defence of that... f*ck that, I'm tired of getting my heart broken by City, I think we all are. We need to adopt a winning mentality, we had an inferiority complex today, hence all the non-performers. We have a better starting 11 and lately have been playing just as well as a team as the scum but today we again bottled it in the shadow of the "big mighty reds". No blame on Mancini, could have had them 10 times on the counter, only for Bellers to trip over his own feet or cross it into the crowd.

I've never said this in my 44 years but right now I'm fecking sick of city. All we had to do was keep the ball for 30 seconds can we do it?....no...every fucking time. Continual disappointment for years. It's like the players do it on purpose. Fuck off all of them.

Some points on today:

1. I did admire our organisation and defensive dedication (until the end)

2. Set pieces were terrible, we had four or five free kicks in very dangerous positions that were totally wasted.

3. Playing so defensively affected out attacking game to the max..counter attcks were usually one on three or lofted up to to get a header back.

5. Givens distribution was dire, im willing to overlook it sometimes but this was very bad.

6. Why oh why did bridge not run into the box when he had the chance instead of lofting it over for a utd throw?

Therein lies the problem

Have a look at those teamsheets. We are more than a match for the rag cunts in every single area of the park, yet we couldnt step it up when it mattered (again).

Im all for "Spuds will get beat today anyway", but what if they dont? No one gave them much of a chance on Wednesday either.

Chance gone as far as I'm concerned, especially if those Spud cunts do manage to sneak any kind of result.

Couldnt be more fucked off, but I dont hate City really. Unless its injury-fucking-time.

i feel like i need to vomit after that goal but i drank a can of rasperry soda during the game and theres no way m i going to see red again so i will hold it in.

Fuck me thats funny, thanks for that :D

I'm more pissed about that string of 9 draws against very poor sides in the first half of the season than I am about this result.

Ireland needs to take a long hard look at himself today, he came on and did feck all and his postitioning for their goal was just woeful. Why wasn't he stuck like glue to Scholes when that ball came across? Cos doesn't give a crap, he knows he's leaving and he didn't even try when he gave on. He might as well have come on and played at Anfield for the contribution he made. He was more of a hinderence to the team than a help, I don't think we'll see him in blue shirt again, which is a real shame cos he was so promising last season.

I'm gutted, I feel physically sick. But I don't hate City, even though they can be immensely frustrating at times, of which the 93rd minute today was one. I was disappointed with aspects of our play today, but a lot of the posts after any defeat on here are way over the top and it's happening again today.

It will take me a day or two to get over this, but overall, the picture is bright. Thanks to our great luck in attracting the owner we have, the future is probably brighter than any of us have ever experienced. Worth trying to remember after a disappointment like this.

Is this a thread for the plastics or what?!

Our lads gave 110% today and deserved a draw at least. We had a few guys who had an 'off-day' which is frustrating but we all know they were VERY lucky to snatch that. Stop being so f*cking fickle and support the team.

Also...to those who continue to slag off Mancini...you don't have a clue what you're on about, he obviously does so either shut up or go back to whoever you supported before we were rich.

I <3 CITY!
