I have got a virus which i got via msn

and i cant get rid of it by looks of it its still here on my pc....

ive restored my system back to the 13th sept....and now i cnat get into msn i tried uninstaling it and reinstaling it and it still will not work. My internet is coming up like ive just instailed it...and also takes ages to load a page.....I even had to turn my firewall and anti virus back on (avg free) Im scanning my pc now but i am now running out of ideas and if i had the patience to sit here and unplug my pc i would and chuck it off the roof...


any ideas are truely appreciated...... and do NOT accept picture files/folders/or zip files from anyone on msn.

i have now made a new acocunt on my comuter and got in and online and it seems to be working all good but do i transferr all my programmes ect frm the other account and not te recieved files or do i just forget about them??

no i didnt get the virus off him .

you may find it helps if you turn off system restore then do your virus scan to clear the little gremlin, then turn your system restore back on. they sometimes hide in restore points.

tried it and its still here dyin off now i think i had to make a new account which everyso often goes really slow :)
