Yeah it is a bit but this is probably his best squad he has entered the competition with. The inter experience will hopefully stand by him and so far in his city job he seems to have learnt from his previous mistakes. Don't expect us to win in and to be fair anything after the quarters will be a bonus for me in our first year of the conpetition

Yes, but relations with the Inter chairman were bad at the time before the CL defeat
We shouldn't really take so much notice at his past record he has a great squad to work with and the backing of the board and us the fans

he's never had a squad as good as this to work with so we'll judge him on what he does for us. actually i'm not overly fussed about the CL i want a prem title.

Yes he has pretty weak CL record.

With Inter he managed 4 full seasons and he didnt reach the semi-final in CL with them while he was winning the league 4 times in a row.

If I remember well 2 times out of 4 his Inter team went out only with less away goals scored. But the other two times were really painful for Inter two losses against Liverpool and a very big beating by city rival AC Milan 5-0 in aggregation.

City squad is stronger though than that Inter squad was that time, but you now sometimes a lot weaker teams can get to semi final. Schalke last year, Villarreal a few years ago.

But Also Madrid couldnt get trough from the best 16 for years they needed Mourinho to break this bad series.

At least he has got CL experience, which i hope he has learned from and will spur him on to prove his doubters in the media wrong that he hasn't got what it takes.
