I had 27 nice carp in my pond yesterday... Today, there are only 22.

This is only the start. Now they've found a source of fresh fish they'll come in their droves...

I'm sitting on 24-hour watch now.

I don't think the huge influx is limited to just people... especially now the word is out that they can have fresh fish as well as benefits.....

Every country in the world has it's racists. We're far from being the worst for this, I lived abroad and got grief off a couple of people because of my skin colour,but I wouldn't lump everyone in as racist for that.

Its just the news - the papers - politicians knee jerk reactions - UKIP - all adds up to a depressing picture. My old Dad is convinced his street in Middleton is about to be overrun - I keep telling him his real concerns should be his 2 unemployed grandsons who have few prospects and the fact that his pensions stay static but his cost of living is rising - stop blaming foreigners for that !!

To be honest, there seems to be a Romanian/ Bulgarian in my section at work already !. Didn't hang around !.

Although this is due to a couple of people on holiday, I was the only English person in my section yesterday !. It does make you think why they don't give English people a job . Fair enough if there are jobs there but id be pretty pissed off if I was out of work and struggled gettin into work or even denied the job I wanted .

I just hope we don't get the same amounts like what we see with polish workers comin over . If we do, we'll struggle big time .

They're not making up the numbers. According to most employers they work harder,are more reliable, are prepared to work unsocial hours and all for less money.
