I hope Utd win the league this season

I need them to beat Chelsea home and away but as far as whatever else they do i couldn't give a shit. If they win the league then sobeit, if that happens and we finish fourth i'll be extatic because we have achieved our goal. That is all that's important. I don't live my football life worrying about what they win or lose!
 
Just because Fergie is a great manager, you want your rivals to win the title? I'm not sure how that makes sense

Where have I ever said I 'supported' utd? I am saying whilst he is manager they will remain top dogs- he's that good.

Just goes to prove a high post count on BM doesn't mean fuck all.
 
I wouldve agreed with the post if it said "I hope united beat chelsea even if it takes them to the title", but why say i hope ferguson wins the the title so he can retire, rather than i hope ferguson chokes on his chewing gum while hes stuck on 18 forever.
And, there is very little between the teams, on quality of players city are better, but this is a new team and that resiliance of nicking goals while playing badly will come in time. Ferguson lost titles with better teams than the one hes got now to arsenal chelsea and even blackburn in the past. So i dont buy all this lets give up till he retires, especially with the financial muscle behind city and the debts of man utd.

I'd rather they won less than nowt! But I think I would prefer Ferguson to stay another fifty years at least - he's been showing signs of being the total cock he is for a good few seasons. What's he gonna be like in another five seasons - he'll end up getting certified, or sacked. THE WORLD'S GREATEST TIT AND FOOTBALL MANAGER IN SACKING STORM!
