bit off the topic but i have give up on playing fifa against computer, just play xbox live now, it was far too easy and they need to change it, i had it on legendary and was beaing teams like liverpool 5-0 with hull and top of the league without losing a game so i stopped playing it

I haven't scored a FK in FIFA since Road to World Cup '98.

I'm not actually half bad at the game either considering I only play it at my mates house. Can comfortably win on Professional, not tried the one above.

Not even on 2004, where you had the aiming target? Tarnat would net me about 10 a season on that one.

A lot of people try to be too tricky with free kicks. Aim for a gap between heads in the wall, use the left stick to put ONLY top spin on it, and power up about a third to a half depending on distance. That's the start, it's obviously a bit more work than that.
