I know its a draw but....

We've lost the last 4 derbys against United. They are undefeated this season so there was no way we were going to simply roll them over.

We are firmly in the top 4 so to talk of changing manager is wrong.

WTF we settled for the draw, which was far enough, considering our cr*p we're apparantly in. But I'll personally keep on not losing as long as we don't draw too much, we will still mount a challenge.

I understand that, and I firmly believe in continuity, but if that is a sign of things to come now is the time for change.

Why bring Ade on for 90 seconds? There was absolutley no need, he should have been on earlier, Vidic and Camel Gob never looked ruffled.

If there was ever a time to turn them over, it was tonight......

You could be right as well. Perhaps 3 derby games lost in the last minute has lowered my expectations. I just don't think we were going to roll them over as their defence especially is strong. However perhaps we could have been more expansive, however beat Birmingham at home and its 7 points from 9. City, they do your head in.

Totally agree with OP.

I have been fully behind Mancini ever since he arrived, but for the very first time I am having my doubts. That was pathetic.

How on earth can United be bringing on Hernandez for Berbatov, when the best change we can make AT HOME is Kolorov for Boateng. I don't count bringing Adebayor on with 60 seconds left.

In Adebayor we have a 30 goal a season man, and he can't get 10 minutes of play time AT HOME.

What gets me is WTF are Kidd and Platt doing?!?? I can understand Mancini reverting to his Italian ways, but why aren't Kidd and Platt saying for fucks sake United are here to be beaten?

Good performance, Mancini's gameplan worked to perfection, exactly what he wanted and as good as we should ever expect under Mancini. Anyone who supports Mancini should be chuffed with the performance, absolutely outstanding defensively. Get in there.

At least they didn't score in the last minute which is always a plus. Bringing ade on last 30 secs was a bit disappointing as it showed we wanted to waste time.

Showed the scum bastrds far too much respect.
More afraid of getting beat than anything else.
I'm consoling myself with the thought that they didn't
score a last minute winner.....So i suppose it could have been worse.

The scum were poor at ours at the end of last season and they were poor again tonight.

If we were getting beat and we scored an equaliser in the last minute I might have felt a bit better. However, the point is that the rags were there, on both occasions, for the taking.

Mancini needs to understand that a point against a poor scum side, at OURS, is not what we should be aiming for. It is all well and good saying "that's a point against a top four side" but the fact is that we are better than they are.

We need to start understanding that to win means to not be afraid and pay the opposition far too much respect. We need to have the belief.
