The biggest thing in our favour is that our three main rivals for 4th Liverpool, Villa and Spurs and the next best team Brum all have to come to COMS and of the other top sides we have to visit Chelsea and Arsenal. All in all we have had harder away games than home so far and that means if we do well at home second half we will take a lot of points. Also our strength in depth of our squad and the squad we have pulled together over the last year will now come into its own. As the teams around us struggle with so many games we will not only be able to strengthen further but also tap into our squad. How many other sides could have the quality of Adebayour, Santa Cruz and Sweep out and still leave Robinho on the bench.
We have winnable games coming up and some of our rivals have to play each other so lets really get in the top 4 and build a bit of a gap.
Won't be getting giddy though as we are city, we are in a honeymoon period, we have injuries, we have players going to the African Nations, we have a manager who doesn't know the league so we could easily drop a few games and things would look a lot trickier!
