I think today proved that Typical City has yet to leave us. I've had worse typical City moments though.

No. Having an appaling first half but managing to get to half time with a 2 goal lead and time to compose yourself, only to come out and play even worse and manage to lose it in injury time. Not only that but losing through a mix up that allowed nani clean through. That's typical City in my book.

No. Having an appaling first half but managing to get to half time with a 2 goal lead and time to compose yourself, only to come out and play even worse and manage to lose it in injury time. Not only that but losing through a mix up that allowed nani clean through. That's typical City in my book.

Hopefully thats it out of our system for the season, only costing us a minor skirmish which will be long forgotten if we put things right in the major battles over the next 9 months .............

Amazing to think about it, but it hasn't even entered my mind since we won the F.A. Cup. (which I watch at least once a day.) Even after the loss today at the charity shield it didn't even enter my mind.
I think ever since we finished in the Champion's League and won the Cup we are being judged by a new set of rules and not for our futility. But these sets of standards carry just as much negative standards. The only way to best them is to win titles and trophies and A LOT of them. Or else we will be viewed as high priced losers and ne'er-do-wells.
So for every ladder we climb there will always be a taller one to mount.

i don't want it to go ever! i love the rollar coaster ride city give me! its like a proper fit bird who keeps you hanging on not knowing what she's thinking.were not going win every game we have to get beat from time to time just due to the demands of football in this day and age which can be difficult and tiresome.
