IAAF World Championships 2017

Watching the marathon: Not one pothole in sight in that fucking city. Look how clean the pavements are n'all.

Our roads are a fucking disgrace in Manchester and the pavements are full of litter and chewing gum

The London Mayor will have made sure that all of the roads on the marathon route are spick and span and pothole free. They might not be representative of the rest of London.

The marathon route went through some major tourist areas.

Those areas are always spick and span.

There's not likely to be any potholes round by St. Pauls, Embankment, etc.

Disappointing day for GB yesterday.

Pole vault lass from Blackburn finished outside the medals again.

Hurdles bloke failed to qualify for the final.

No medal for KJ-T again. If she'd performed to her ability in the high jump, she could have won silver, possibly even gold.

The only good news was the 800m bloke qualifying for the final with a fantastic performance.

Over to Laura Muir in the 1500m and the female Thor from Burnley in the hammer chucking tonight.

What a race that women's 1500m was, everyone attacking it, brilliant to watch. Muir will be gutted to miss out like that.
