Pretty much the antithesis of a Pep player, work-rate wise, but loved him in that half season he played before Kendall shipped him out.

He hadn’t slowed down much when we re-signed him around a decade later!

Always seemed a likeable guy.

Easy to forget the impact he had second time round, too. Great club servant.

The first part of the story about Trevor Morley made me really sad. Never thought about the rumour that way round. Mea culpa.

An interesting read but they could have have given his spell(s) at City more coverage than about 8 words though.........

Such a shame Kendall wouldn't keep him as he was jealous of his hair.

Robbed us of many years to enjoy his skills.

My first season ticket was 97/98 so he was my first era of going - and it was a great time to be a Hammer back then.
