however if the talk is too be believed and mourinho will replace mancini, surely he wont come then as he doesnt get on with mourinho?

i said we shud look at him on the premise that he is very found of mancini...
Mourinho will be going to Real Madrid, whereas Roberto Mancini will be going nowhere, end of discussion. Ibrahimovic will join City in the summer.

Having a mare at barca at the moment, would you swap robinho for him?

i would! i think he'd suit the prem and be a star!

thoughts?

To answer the question put:

Robbie from 08-09 Season - No i would not swap for Ibra.

Robbie from 09-10 Season - Yes I would swap Robbie for Ibra.

Thats a Yes then.

yes.

mancini rates him, hes not doing the business over there and they want robbie. get it done
15 goals in 24 games is hardly a poor return. Mancini and Mourinho would both want him to come here.

As has been pointed out often, it is important to remember that against every English club in the CL, he has been anonymous. There are major warnings signs with Ibra that he would not fit in the Premier League. Villa, Dzeko, or Aguero might be much better investments (and cheaper) even if neither would bring the attention signing Ibra would.

thats that theory blown outta the water lol

Really, because of one game out of about eleven against English clubs? He had acres of space for both goals and missed more difficult ones.

Not saying he'd be a failure for sure but he has the best midfield in the world behind him.

Come on guys, if the guy didn't score people call him a choker and overrated and if he scores people would say yeah its nothing just a one off game. What do you want the guy to do to prove that he's a class.

He alone this season in the spanish la liga managed to collect 26 points for his team because of soo many decisive goals that he scored in the league (even in europe). He contributed "alot" this season to his team (more than Iniesta and Xavi who are considered legands in their team).

Without a doubt ask any barca supporter and they will tell you that this season messi has been the best player in the barca and Ibrahimovic is the second best player in their team.
