Why aren't Hungary wearing red? I'm tired of seeing one team always wearing white. Can't we have some colour?

Up to now it's been better to watch than Germany v Poland the other night, and a few other games.This game will have the poorest quality in the final third and the poorest finishing.
Don't let me put you off watching though.

Why do nearly all of the teams have to ignore their tradional kit colour schemes and play in all one primary colour?Why aren't Hungary wearing red? I'm tired of seeing one team always wearing white. Can't we have some colour?
Because FIFA (and so UEFA) have decided it looks better on tele... Which is farcical.
And now we'll have to enjoy the monochromatic mundanity in the league this coming season, as well.

No; I honestly thought you were on about the Icelandic 'keeper, with his all red kit. As for Kiraly (the Hungarian 'keeper), apparently he started wearing the bottoms as a youngster in Hungary, to protect his knees from the hard Hungarian pitches. Now he wears them out of superstition. Plenty of info about him on google.I know, I got it bloody wrong. He looks fucking ridiculous.

Not sure about that penalty. It definitely wasn't a foul on the 'keeper (he dropped the ball, simple as that), but the Icelandic player went down very easily.
