Ideas for mince

Got a pack of good steak mince that needs eating.

Don't want anything to do with pasta and am very bored by potatoes.

Any ideas from the BM Masterchefs?

Cut the top off a pepper, spice the mince meat, stuff the spiced mince inside, put the top of the pepper on and stick it in the oven, serve it with rice, jacket potato and salad

Make some good burgers, really easy to make and miles better than shop bought ones every time with a bit of chilli and chopped onions in, seasoned with salt and pepper.

However, the peppers idea is very nice as well.

Put mince into a bowl, crack 1 egg and put only the yolk into mince, mix in ketchup, brown sauce, mustard or mustard powder, worcester sauce and good helping of salt and pepper. Mix it all up with your hands. Make into small burgers, half an inch thick max. heat up frying pan, cook on each side for 3 minutes. place in oven and prepare your buns with salad ( yes i know, gotta have at least 2 of the 5 a day) and also throw a few chips in. Seriously, home made burgers are amazing, taste so good. Even if you dont have all the things i said to put in it, its still a good tea.
