He is referring to Colin Schindler the tiresome and sinfully dull 'author' who wrote the equally tedious and sinfully dull 'Manchester United Ruined My Life'.

He claims to be a City fan, however I think that he is a pompous and self-important ****.

This argument that money is ruining the game and that we are responsible bollocks. The argument I will use is this.
1) Under FFPR - all clubs wishing to participate in either European Competiion must ensure that they live within their means.
2) As of this spring any money we spend on transfers is money earned by the club and that any expediture must show in the end of year accounts that we can break even. (or at the least have a deficit in line with the accepted limits as set down by the regulations)
3) All clubs are now on a level playing field as per Platini's wishes.
It is not our fault that our off field commercial sucess allows us to spend 75m on new players compared to other clubs who cannot match that figure. We cannot benefit from our owner any more pumping in 200 - 300m on players that era has gone completely.

I dont often listen to Talk Sport but switched it on whilst waiting for kick off yesterday. Had to smile when Collymore read out the teams.
