City are playing shit, Chelsea are playing rather well.

It doesn't take a genius to put 2 and 2 together and figure out that they will most probably beat us..

Or maybe it does.
There have been bigger upsets

Agreed, but in our current form id be surprised if we even get past stoke.

wonder what the odds are for city for the cup now, might be worth a flutter?

Best priced 10/1 with the bookies, and trading around 13/1 on Betfair. Not as big a price as you would expect from the doom and gloom merchants on here.

On set pieces have Bridge mark Terry.. dont think he would know how to deal with that ;) we can win at Stamford Bridge!! If only we have the right attitude!

The thing that makes teams like United great...(hang on a sec i think I am going to puke)............ok anyway my point is that top teams believe they can go anywhere and beat anyone. I know it is all gloom and doom on here as we are not playing well, but we need to change the attitude around this club. Both the supporters and the players need to realise that with the amount of money that has been spent and will be spent in the future that we can no longer settle for second best. The 10 thousand years or whatever it is that Chelsea have been unbeaten at home has to end sometime, why not with us! United went into the game with Arsenal a few years back believing (and not just blind 'we are the best' belief) that they would end Arsenal's unbeaten run, and guess what, they did! There is a reason why they score so many goals in extra time and it is not just that Fergie has the ref in his pocket, the extra time works both ways, but it is always United who score. Why? Because they never give up! Say what you like about the Rags, but you cannot knock them for belief, they never know when they are beaten.

Let us all pick ourselves up, and start backing this team to go places. Chelsea away, is a ridiculously tough match, but it is a one off game and anything can happen, remember this is a different Chelsea than under Mourinho, Ancelotti is still adjusting to English football, and Mancini's Inter have beaten his Milan team in the past, so there is no reason why Mancini cannot repeat the trick with City. If you enter a match thinking you have lost it, then at this level, the game is as good as over.

Let us start having some self-belief, let us start thinking positively, let us turn over a new leaf and show the biased media and footballing pundits that City are here to stay! This is football, anything can happen, and the sooner we start believing that, the sooner we end our 34 year heart-break!

spot on

i see no reason why we cant go to stamford bridge and win

if were to have avoided them in the 1/4's, we'd most likely have had to beat them in the semi or final anyway!

the toughest draw possible but as a one off game we can win

Let me give you a few of reasons then.

1. Chelsea not lost at SB in the cup since 2003, some 7 years ago.
2. Mancini is playing some of the most dire, boring and least creative football ever seen, (Hughes outers, becareful what you wish for)
3. They are better than us.
