So who was at the 2-2 game at Selhurst before their cup final? Plenter of banter against the rags that day.

I was with some Palace mates in their end that day, so was on the pitch with them at the final whistle. So if you were in the City end, I would have applauded you.

Wonder if they still sing glad all over?

I was at that pre-cup final game travelled down in me student days - brilliant atmosphere,on the pitch afterwards with the Palace fans, taught em various City songs which were heard loud and clear at Wembley ("5-1 you lost to city 5-1") - then wandered in a local pub and had free drinks from various Palace fans.

Shame they lost!

I remember that game. A lot of City fans were dressed as the Blues Brothers (including me). I think City fans paraded around the pitch at half time with a banner wishing Palace good luck agains the Rags
