if Richard Dunne is to go we will need a reshuffle of are defence
whould as Leslie says Given,Bridge,Kompany,Onouha,Richards be strong enough to challange anything sugnificant
pesonally over the last 4 years richard dunne has been enense whilst he still made mistakes and scored his fair share of own goals. he at times has carried us at the back and has had a mr myagi style role trying to educate youngsters like richards, ned and hart. but time looks apon us that he is on his way , with him dear in the heart with every blue after 9 years of survice but i think it is time now to cut the heart strings and buy a center back like mexes

Vincent Kompany, with Veloso being brought in for his position.

Exactly what I was going to say! Not Mexes because he is turd, Albiol would be decent! I wouldn't mind Agger, left footed so would give a better balance at the back, plus he has got a thunderous shot! And he is young too!

would love to see mexes at city, but it won't happen.

the defence in my mind of late though was to bring in Bruno Alves, have Micah and Zab fight for RB rather than Micah just filling in while Zab's out, the fact he has to stay in form to keep a position may get that bit extra out of him. Then drop Kompany to centre half and maybe buy another full back to jostle with Bridge for? keep Ned as cover and we'd be sweet i think
