I'm not Mancini's biggest fan but he deserves all the support he can get. Tevez is a troublemaker and is only interested in himself. If Mancini does not prevail then anarchy WILL prevail.

Imo Mancini did what he did in the manner that he did it specifically to make Tevez' position untenable at the club. I for one agree with him. How many times were we going to let this little toe rag dictate to us? Or hide behind the fact that he 'misunderstands' simple directives given to him? Body language alone from staff and players around him would have told Tevez he was due to play that night.

He may be thick as two short planks but I for one dont believe he didnt know he was expected to go on. Even if he (only) refused to warm up for my money thats wilfully disobeying the managers directive. The Club suspended Tevez, not Mancini, therefore offering the thinking that the club are backing Mancini, if Mancini was to in question the surely the club would have suspended him too.
