I'd choose a manager that is more willing to implement the style of play which is nurtured throughout the whole academy.
This is why our younger players adapt much better now when they step in to the first team.

I'd go right now with Pochettino and in a few years maybe Vieira would've developed better and able to implement this system it seems comes from the top (Txiki)
And it also seems Mikel Arteta is an apprentice of Pep right now so I'd go with him.
