We could piss both Chelski and the rags off at the same time
According to the Telegraph it would be behind closed doors.

No they don't say that- I think they may have edited it to stop the gullible falling for it:)....
After 20 games of the Premier League season, things could not be tighter at the top of the table.
After the dramatic games on New Year's Day – which saw Chelsea defeated 5-3 at London rivals Tottenham and Manchester United scramble a late 3-2 win over Sunderland – the two title rivals are neck and neck at the league summit.
In fact, they could not be any closer. Chelsea and City have absolutely identical records, having the same number of points, the same goal difference and the same number of goals scored. It means that, for the time being, Chelsea are leading the table on alphabetical order alone.
It all begs the question – just what would happen if the two teams were locked together with identical records at the end of the season?
The answer is that they would be forced to play a one-off game on neutral territory to determine the fate of the league championship.
The Premier League rulebook states: "If at the end of the Season either the League Champions or the Clubs to be relegated or the question of qualification for other competitions cannot be determined because 2 or more Clubs are equal on points, goal difference and goals scored, the Clubs concerned shall play off one or more deciding League Matches on neutral grounds, the format, timing and venue of which shall be determined by the Board."
English football has never staged a league play-off of that kind before – maybe this year will see the first?

Apparently the play off final will be at either Ewan Fields Hyde or Bower Fold, Stalybridge.
I understand the weather can be quite nice in Tameside in May.
