What s silly post. I thought I was going to open it and find a well constructed thread as to what would happen if we did, however all i got was your, (presumebly dim), theory that we 'can't/won't'.

So you thought you'd add to it? Well done. A lesson I learned all the way back in English in my senior school days was, 'always give a story a good title, then make your content live up to that title'. You passed on the first part, but it is a straight Z for content for you mate.

Most of us with any real 'nous' knew we were unlikely to get anything at White Hart Lane , and we knew it for good reason ....... the team just haven't been playing well enough , and we have been 'shipping' goals a plenty.
Okay Spurs have also had a couple of 'blips' recently , but they were always likely to come out fighting last night after their home defeat on Saturday , and we were always likely to be unable to match their efforts over the 90 minutes ...... but why is that?
They have no more 'quality' than we have surely??
The simple answer is that we don't approach a game right in so many ways ..... not just this one , but we don't approach most of our games right ...... Saturday at Bolton was just another example.
I looked at the two sides before kick off and picked out Silvinho as a 'weak spot' before kick off , and by 'coincidence' Spurs did too ........ Lennon took him too the cleaners , and after we'd held out for half an hour the screw began to turn ........after that we never looked likely to get back into it ........ you either hit these type of 'footballing' sides with goals whilst you're actually holding your own in the game , or you just don't bother ...... and last night we never looked like we wanted it enough to really go for it.
So going back to your post ........ what's the chances of us approaching the next five games in the correct fashion ...... fully focused and completely 'up for it'???
