If we were to have one Scottish player... Who would it be?

Just thought I'd bring this up. I know scottish football is gash but if you were to have one for city, whether it be just a squad player. I think I'd probably have to go for Charlie Adam, a really underrated player who wasn't really given a chance at rangers. He has now shown what he can do at Blackpool. Another would probably be graham dorrans at west brom, I really feel he could be snapped up by a big team ad I was surprised we didnt put in a cheeky bid.
