Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes has expressed interest in Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez.
Heynckes wants a top class striker signed before next week's transfer deadline.
"If we decide to sign a striker, we're going after a top class attacker. But who is available at the moment? Someone like [Manchester City's Sergio] Aguero would be a good signing, but he cost €40m. [Carlos] Tevez also costs €45m," Heynckes told BILD.
"Those are the kinds of players who would make us stronger. The players who I want are not available right now. We're not paying a transfer fee of €40m for a new striker."
