If you are under 35 please read

You can criticism all you want. Wanting everyone else to do it is the problem.
I haven't said I've wanted anybody else to criticise? I've replied in a thread that's basically telling everybody not to be critical by saying criticism is perfectly justifiable.

Relax.

The meltdown from people who have only really seen us since Sven is pretty funny for those of us who grew up watching us fall down the leagues.

The club has fucked up. They know it more than us.

They have allowed us to go from David Silva to Jack Grealish, let kids flock out the door to avoid upsetting senior players minutes and some more stuff. But just chill for a minute.

We’ve the best people who have been a bit overconfident and trusting in players who could go to the well a 5th time.(There’s a reason that’s never happened before for any team).

I’ll say it again-we have the best people.

We have ample money.

We have an environment players will flock to.

It will be fixed. You won’t have to wait 30 years like our generation had to.
Where do you get 35 from? Son is 34 and none of the above applies to him first season ticket when he was 8 in 1998 was watching us in third level from Frank Clark onwards

Whilst this current malaise we are in is at best infuriating at worst depressing.
I am still to feel that sinking feeling that Jamie Pollock’s own goal created.
Pep will steady the good ship City and let those making merry at our current circumstances know this - fill your boots.
Adversity is something that runs through the very soul of this beautiful bastard of a club.
We’re a wounded animal and will react I am sure.
I am no happy clapper - in fact I am a right typical miserable Mancunian bastard - facing up to and not backing down to the vermin from trafford really was character building after all.

Remember halftime against Stoke 28 December 1998? Let’s get that feeling back starting Sunday.

CTID.
As you were Blues.
Yes saw that too. Was unreal when it floated into our net! Ffs

Glad someone said this. Context is important, as bad as things are right now.

This summer may get a little ruthless but we might need it.

Couldn't believe the number of people saying Pep could be fired off the back of this run.

I think it’s fair to say that plenty of people over 35 are losing their shit as well.

Then again it might not be fixed. The world preferred us when we were underachieving and not owned by Arabs and the football establishment has done what it can to undermine us off the field. The impact of that is now showing because it has forced us to be conservative with net spend and transfer windows and rely on the excellence of Pep and our scouting operation. Thats left us with a tight squad who are now knackered from many victorious campaigns and there’s no guarantee other clubs will stand still waiting for us to catch up. But it won’t bother us real Blues whether we stay at the top or not, because we never dreamt we’d see anything like we’ve seen in the last few years, and we should know it’s impossible to win all the time forever.

Not every City fan is from England , foreigners can also be a fan ,not like you guys maybe ,who are pretty much born to one club ,but still you need to consider it.

Need to lower the age bracket.

I'm 30 and I remember Joe Royle, Kevin Keegan, Stuart Pearce...
Er hang on a minute - I might be misreading your sentiments here.
Joe Royle is the reason we're here - don't make the playoffs, or God forbid we lose that 99 final and we're fucked
Kevin Keegans sides played some BEAUTIFUL football with Eyal and Ali.
Mr Pearce, and his donkey, though errr yeah we can move on ;)

Although I agree with the sentiment of this post, the Silva to Grealish is a tad harsh. He’s not the issue and played a big part in us winning the treble.

I'll admit. Idk how you OGs did it. Guess, I've been spoiled with success. My entire adult life has had City been awesome. Was 18 when Aguerooo happened. Can't even remember the "bad days" tbf.
