Saw this on MCF.net and thought it'd be an interesting topic.

Mine would be that you can't make substitutions in stoppage time.
 
Definitely diving or time wasting related.

I really do think video evidence should be used for diving. If someone can banned for an elbow after the game then a diving cheat should get a ban too.

If you dive - 3 game ban.

that's not very well thought through is it lol, all they would have to do is pretend they're injured, thus meaning a forced substitution.
 
the keeper must stay inside the box at all times if he's comes out then it a pen

I'd have to go for that to as blatant diving (no contact) really anoys me, as i basically class it as cheating.
 
Mine would be that you're not considered to be in possession of the ball unless you've touched it.

That way shielding the ball out of play becomes obstruction. I'm all for allowing players to shield the ball out of play if you've touched it but grrrrr.
