If you could choose a hero for today.

It’s going to take a massive team effort to get over the line, but if all goes well tomorrow could produce another Manchester City legend. Someone could win the league for us singlehandedly.

If you could choose one member of our wonderful squad to be that hero, who would it be?

I think mine would be Silva. But it might be Sterling. Or Bernardo. I’d be delighted if the finger of fate points at any of them, pretty much.

Although David has had many big ones, he hasn’t had one of those career defining ones that you can point to.
