De Rossi by far. I could just see him playing in a City shirt in my head, he'd fit straight in.
Shame.
But seeing how he's playing, Hazard would be equal. Kid is gonna be a megastar if he keeps those assists coming. He reminds me a lot of Silva when he first came in, just so ridiculously good at what he does. 6 assists in 3 games is ridiculous for a debut season. Especially for such a young player. Wish he played in a nicer shade of blue.

Hazard is still very young, has seemingly taken to English football like a duck to water and will bang in a shitload of goals while racking up loads of assists. The guy has one hell of a future ahead of him, that's for certain.
... and yet I still say De Rossi. As great as Hazard is, we don't need that type of player right now. De Rossi on the other hand is a perfect fit for the way we play, an improvement on what we already have and would walk straight into the team.

Love DDR as a player. He would bring would class creativity and toughness to our midfield. With that said, Hazard can be the only answer here. Could have given us 8-10 years of absolute world class play at a position where we have no depth after Silva and Nasri.
