Obviously I didn't make myself clear enough. COMS doesn't have a proper "end".

Stands with one tier (eg. Kop at Anfield) make more noise than stands with more than one tier due to the sound spreading more easily.

1. Keep ticket prices low, obviously they're not here to make money really. And we all know it's a small percentage of their profit that actually comes from ticket sales.People growing up from manchester will only have the choice to support city as we are the most affordable.
2. Give away more things, scarves at derby was a success. Also flags etc. in the family stand a couple of seasons ago went down a treat.
3. Make training ground at city, makes it easier that all the things will be in the same place, then fans could have a look at everything when they go down to city, familys could have more days out as well, maybe hold some events.
4. Have maybe a singing section in every corner of the stadium to spur everybody on.
5. Maybe have the option to swap tickets online with fans some time, just seats. Say somebody from the south fancies a quiet one (so to speak) and vice versa they could swap.
6. Also more wild shit before the games, like when we got promoted from division 1, the big ball with all balloons in and shit.

Oh, and I'd also move the stands closer to the pitch. It's not as bad as some grounds but imagine how intimidating it'd be if the supporters were "on top" of the players.

Buy the ground off the council and stop lining the councils coffers. Then take the Stellios/cheap airline model of selling seats and sell out every game by offering discounted tickets especially too kids
