As I said I didn't go but my memory of it was my two mates had tickets, they were older than me and got in. If they didn't need tickets fuck knows why I was made to go to loads of reserve matches to get the team sheets

An old guy I work with travelled up early to Newcastle that day. He said him and loads of Blues were just hanging around the ground for hours as they were too young to go boozing. In the end they bought a ball, broke into the ground and had a full size match on the pitch !!!

Mine too. I had enough tokens to get a ticket but the old fella wouldn't let me go as he classed two mates who did go as hooligans. Daft thing is from all accounts it was one the the friendliest games ever.
