That’s kind of where I am this season now.

If Arsenal win the league, honestly I won’t be that arsed. Would be nice for Pep to lift the chumps cup though if only to shut a few dickhead pundits up for a day until they think of the next stick to beat us with.
 
League for me every time, then I really want us to win the Fa Cup as when I was growing up that seemed to be the most achievable and also has lots of history (gutted with the 1-4 against Spurs and scared shitless when it kicked off). The CL would be nice just to shut some of the “pundits” up
 
Premier League.

Note that when most Blues say "Champions League" it's usually followed by "So we can shut the media up". It's a bloated, overrated competition created by a cartel for themselves to pool money to respectively win their own national leagues every year.

I'd love City to win it, but the goal every year is to become champions of England. CL is a nice little bonus.

Yep, all the cups are bonuses. Yer can win a cup with only one decent game under yer belt in all the rounds, and it needn't be reserved for the final. The PL takes some winning - just ask the Dippers, or The Arse, not to mention MANUre, oh, alright I've mentioned the Swamp Donkeys, fuck 'em!

The Castle isn’t a footy pub and hasn’t been for a long time.

It’s a tiny music venue and quiet pint with a newspaper sort of place.

I don’t blame them for dissuading football fans from congregating in there.

The same guys own Gullivers over the road which is a lot more football friendly.
