Is sign a center back (pretty obvious), another holding center mid, left back hopefully Shaw and an actual left winger with pace to accompany Navas, giving us an extra option and width on both sides just to give another option. Also id try and bring through some youth like Lopes and Huwys who seems to have done well at Birmingham.

I'd strengthen the squad by bringing in a goalkeeper (Marshall or Krul), striker (Cavani), center back (Mangala) and a winger (Pjanic).

I'd sell Pantillimon , Dzeko and Navas.

My main formation would be 4-2-2-2 but I'd also make use of 4-4-1-1, 4-1-2-3 and 4-3-3.

I'd win the quadruple in my first season.

1st thing I would do is hire Steve Peters.

Any problems that we do have are related to the players' mentality.

Someone like Peters would help to address that, as evidenced by Chris Hoy, Victoria Pendleton, British Cycling, Ronnie O'Sullivan and more recently Liverpool..
