As I said a few pages ago he'd been playing mostly against parked buses in the league and it maybe made him look worse than he was. First league game against an open side and he donned it.

Great game today. Glad to see him perform so well.

When he played for Borussia, he used to take their penalties. Maybe an option next time, Kun or Yaya isn`t on the pitch?

Such a cultured player - a great performance from Ilkay and shows after a few games he's back to showing that he's a different threat to our other midfielders - arriving late into the box a bit like Lampard did in his pomp. I expect a big second half of the season from him - top, top player.
