I’m not moved by this. I actually think it’s a step backwards. He is a legend however we should be looking forward.


I would be much happier signing another right back and having Rico having minutes in midfield.

Disappointing.

After Sunday I’m very much on the Rico right back train. Yes his height is a bit of an issue but he was excellent defensively and looks a huge threat going forward. He looks like he can fill the Stones role stepping into midfield but from right back.

Happy with this… great to see him back in his proper colours again… hopefully set up for coaching role next year or year after depending on how he feels
