Will definitely have earned his place in the pantheon of City greats with his exploits over the last 13 months. Had he left prior to then I’m not sure he was that highly thought of. Definitely deserved his move to Barca and it’s a perfect time for him to leave.
We don’t want to do what Liverpool have done by letting a large part of their squad pass their sell by date at the same time. Feels as though a semi overhaul is required over the summer and now is the perfect time to do it.

Sad to see him go, but what a way to bow out as a treble winning captain. Think he’s pound for pound the best signing of the Guardiola era. Can’t blame him for wanting a change of scenery for his new family, but he’s going to be difficult to replace. Going to be interesting to see who we now move for.

He’s turning 33 and has just won a treble, I think he will happily accept a rotation role there, enjoying the lifestyle and quite possibly extending his career by not having a 50+ game season.
I'm just salty, wanted Gundogan to stay :( wish him all the best. He stepped up massively since David left. Proper bonafide City legend.
