Have you heard of injuries? Best planning doesn't always work.......I don't see how it doesn't.
I am trying to understand why Rodri's backup has to be better than what we already have in Kovacic, but I don't.

We can always push up Gvardiol or Lewis wide and even though Foden starts on the right he can move centrally.I don’t think Pep would play Kev and Gundo in the same team due to lack of legs. Think it will be more limit KDBs time on the pitch rather than Foden being shoved onto the wing. Kev will need managing this year if he picks up any knocks.
Think you can buy it from Tescos
What's Vimpto?
Might be goingMinutes aren’t there for Nunes anymore though. Unless it’s on the flanks.
Aldi’s version?
Oscar Bobb's injury is more likely to affect where Phil plays than Ilkay coming back. That’s my concern. I want to see foden in the middle where he’s at his best. Will this transfer effect that and force him out wide again.
Best time to sell to retain some value, another poor season and his value plummets. we could probably still get 40m for him.Might be going
We initially offered him one year, but when the Spanish rags offered two years, we did too.I thought we'd offered a 2 year contract but it came that late in the day he'd already given his word to barca that he would sign for them.
They don't call it blue moan for nothing.Fuck me, those looking for reasons that this is a bad move must walk around with grey clouds pissing down with rain over their heads all day long.
Fuck me keep up.Barca politics at play here, wouldn't believe a thing that comes out of that club. Flick has said he expects Gundo to stay, interesting days ahead
But also with the Bobb injury does give us extra depth. Imagine it will be like Phillips as in if he doesn’t go this summer and it isn’t working he doesn’t have long left.Best time to sell to retain some value, another poor season and his value plummets. we could probably still get 40m for him.
To be fair I don’t think Phil should be on the wing, regardless of Bobbs injury.Oscar Bobb's injury is more likely to affect where Phil plays than Ilkay coming back.

By then, Ilkay had made up his mind.
Its a consideration but for 12 to 18 months more of a finishing school. Doubt Pep would just chuck them in anyway without big experience next to them unless the game was won.On the one hand yes, on the other I'd imagine they would like to play
Nor do I, but neither of us is Pep.To be fair I don’t think Phil should be on the wing, regardless of Bobbs injury.
I agree. Nothing too cheesy or over the top...Please City, no cheesy stuff. Let Gundo just walk in with the team and the Etihad will lift off.
Like many said, I normally don't favour these comeback stories but there are so many memories and biggest moments in our lives linked with him - I'm buzzing!
Serious question; what did you expect them to do? Roll over and get their belly tickled? Can you imagine the shitstorm that would come down on them from a great height? The way the game panned out made it all the more sweeter.I used to like Gerrard before this match. Mid-table Villa, with fuck all to play for, performed like it was the Champions League final FFS!
At 5 minutes in, they were time-wasting so badly, at 15 minutes the ref had to warn their keeper! Their fans wouldn't return the ball when it went out either.
Gerrard set his team up to play defensively, waste time & to hit us on the break to help his beloved Dippers win the PL title.
It didn't occur to the Villa fans that if Gerrard had have put this amount of effort & planning in throughout that season, they wouldn't have ended up with fuck all to play for! Twats!
