Dancing / cooking / singing behind a mask / sitting in the jungle / big brother......

My wife watches it and I gain knowledge from her talking about it.

You soon forget they are celebs in the jungle , it is a great leveller lol, good thing is you dont ned to excersise your brain , it is something easy to watch , i need that sort of thing in with the proper stuff
