Mate I've been doing it for 25 years. You get home and cant speak it's that exhausting!!! Rewarding though and you are doing good and giving back. Hope you have good bosses/colleagues who are actually bothered about the kids. That's they key to surviving it ;) I've had it both ways, luckily the place I'm at now is brilliant.
