i have booked train tickets on the 28th of february for the fulham game. these are non transferrable so i have to use them regardless. this would be going down on the day and coming back on the 1st March. Now, if city beat notts county, then the game will be on the sunday. but if fulham draw with either bolton or wigan then will it be put back aswell even if city lose to notts county? so basically its a lose lose situation, of course i dont want city to lose to notts but it would mean, we would have the game on the monday night which would really help me a lot. and i also have to hope, with that result that fulham beat wigan or bolton. what a shit problem i have here.... but if i had a choice it would defo be city to beat notts haha... the train was ony 20 quid return so its not exactly 50 quid, that would really suck

I once bought a Warbutons Toastie on the way home from work as I'd used the last two slices that very morning. When I got home I found that the g/f had been shopping too and bought an identical loaf of bread. We only just about finish one loaf before it goes off so there's no chance of eating both.

I was hoping that hers would be short dated so that we'd have to throw it out and could use mine but it had three days 'til its use by date the same as mine.

So I know how you feel about having wasted money. I now text her before I buy anything and make sure we don't do that again!!
