no mate, its a game of footy ...thats all,its not life and death, next season will soon arrive, whether we are in the champions league or not.

what will be will be,settle yourself down, have a beer an watch!! you never know it just might be a good game....its not the end of the world if we lose......
But it'll feel like a waste, if we get in the CL it'll be unreal, the improvements we'll see will be amazing

Apologies for perhaps posting this in the incorrect place, Im new to the forum and couldn't find how to post a new thread...

I'm a City fan living in Kent, and I'm up in London tomorrow day time so had planned to watch the game somewhere up there. I remember hearing a while back that there was a supporters club at a pub in London? Does anyone know where that is? Would rather not be surrounded by nothing but Spurs fans! Thanks!

before the 2nd leg of semi, i felt physically sick. was talking to a lad in work about this today, why do we do it to ourselves?? a group of 22 professional footballers can decide how i feel for the next couple weeks. i cannot influence it at all (i live away so will be watching on greedy sky). the sad thing is though that during it, my missus will stay out of the room, the kids will duck under the telly, and after it, win and i'll be all happy go lucky, lose or draw and i'll be a nightmare. fuck it, i'm gonna enjoy the ride whatever.............yeah right!!

Tomorrow is piece of cake for the nerves ,we don't get 4th no big deal we know we will one day .

Nerves are sitting in the main stand at Stoke when it's kicking off all round you and your team is about to plunge into the third tier of football and you can't see anyway back .

Nervous tomorrow ha give me days like this any time it's a f'ckin pleasure

So people who are too nervous to watch the game? What you going to do instead that'll take your mind off it? I couldn't not know what was happening, at least when watching it you can see things build up as it happens rather than watching Emmerdale or something and wondering who's had the better chances, who's looking better and has anyone scored

I was far more nervous when we played games trying to avoid the drop.
Enjoy the ride.

After thirty three barren fucking years watching city they have developed a special ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, have bungled most attempts at silverware, have let the fans down just when it seemed sucess was almost within our reach. Tommorow night will be no different, we will lose, and win at West Ham Spurs will win both their games and claim fourth spot, Wigan will draw at Chelski and the Rags will score from a controvertial penalty in the 5th minute of fergie time to give them the prem title, this is how it will be, don't get your hopes up 33 years of the same shit ain't going to change overnight. Think like this and you don't get nervous.
