Immigration advice/Home Office

The Judge at the HMCTS awarded a win to my wife. The Home Office then came back asking fior a valid TB certificate (it expired due to the appeal length etc).

The Home Office had said, "We received instruction to overturn on 22/09/2025. A decision should normally be made within 8 weeks, absent special circumstances.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact time scale."

At my wits' end. Keep imagining myself chained to a goal post with a banner on my shirt. Wouldn't do it. BUT this whole experience of trying to battle a broken system has been more than stressful.

I want to apologise for previous stupid comments. My anger has caused me regret.

No need to apologise, reading back, your first post was just made in sheer anger and frustration at a system that is beyond words.

A judge has made a ruling and yet they are going to take 8 weeks..... for what, a possible appeal ?
