Just been told A1 has roadworks near catterick. Just looked at AA road watch website and sure enough there's about 10 miles of roadworks,looks a long way anyway. I remember traffic somewhere near there going to Newcastle in August. Thought we would miss the kick off. Alternative route is A168 then A19 towards Middlesbrough, same distance. Think it's junction 49 off the A1.
