Might sound a bit silly but think for a second..if you can get the deposit on a credit card,..repayments may be high on the 6.5k but on the overall cost it's a piss in the ocean
Also,the first buy to let flat we bought,the previous owner got the deposit by applying for car finance and I know many more who have done a lot worse.There is always a way.
