No, its not. So far the media have ALL backed us on this one. I have not heard one comment from anyone in the media which suggests people pointing and laughing, infact all I have heard is how bizarre it all is, from tevez' point of view. Both Mikes on talksport right now and not one word of criticism other than how crackers Balotelli is, and it is that which is a fact.BlueSinclair said:I'm sad, very very sad. Not all because its tevez, but because there is always something crap going on in this club. We beat west-ham pretty neatly, things were looking pretty good for a change, a bit quiet. Then ofc this happens. Its so god damn typical, and I'm so sick of everything "falling" apart all the time.
And who exactly can replace tevez? I just can't see one player in the world who could really. And second a new player would take time for sure, maybe as long as one season, and how far back are we going when tevez is gone? This season is in major jeopardy and I can't see us finishing top four I'm afraid.
In the transfer market I must say city have done quite a lot of bad business after coming into this money, I can see tevez going on the cheap, maybe on loan first where we ofc pay the wage. Then sold for 20mil ish. Anything below 45mil would be INSANE, and thats why city probably would do it. And I can see city buying a striker for more than we sell tevez for. And how exactly is that justifiable ? I don't think there are a striker in the world who have done better than tevez the last year. I know its doom and gloom but I just don't know how else to look at it.
And we all know the media will make this into a failure by city and we'll be the laughing stock no matter what we do, that is a fact.
