Where's the best place to catch a match in San Diego?

Will be staying at the Hilton Bayfront. Found the Shakespeare and Princess pubs on-line off of India Street, but they don't seem to open early for the 7 am kickoff.

The Shakespeare will probably be open. I went there to watch the QPR game this season and they were showing the early games when we got there. Look up True Blue - Manchester City Fans San Diego on Facebook. They put details of the games on their page. The pub's good and the people made us very welcome

Cheers for your reply Boston.

Went down to the Shakespeare bright and early at 7 am yesterday morning. Place was full of Rags in one room watching two screens and another room full of Chelsea supporters watching the third and final screen.

Even though City was on live on Fox Soccer, they didn't show it as I was the only Blue in the whole city of San Diego, I guess!

Anyway, watched the first half of United v. the Barcodes, which was going well at the time, then returned to my hotel and followed City's loss on text commentary on the BBC website.

Can't win them all, but at least the family enjoyed San Diego. Will resume my normal watching of the Norwich / City match this Saturday from the comfort of my own home.
