Aguero is not in the bag.

Nasri is not in the bag.

Please keep our powder dry...there is plenty more talking to take place.

Cook flew out yesterday.

is it true that no actual bids have gone in for both players?

We have to be careful what we say here, but establishing the facts before an official bid, is simply de rigueur.

The hand of God knows the score, for that we should be very hopeful, at the vest least ;)

Common knowledge that Maradona has stated his preference on where Kun should be heading

city have been playing their cards close to their chest this window so when mancini says in an ssn interview that he's hoping aguero & nasri will sign by the end of the month they must be pretty well done deals.

he did say Tevez would stay though

I don't think that was Mancini's fault. That was tevez going backwards and forwards.

I don't know why anyone believes a word Mancini says about transfers. He's the biggest WUM we know. He plays the press for fools all the time, often going for the 'I don't speaka da lingo' if there's a question he doesn't want to answer and usually tells them nothing at all.

He's as good as taggart at using the media to his advantage, so I'd stop looking for snippets in anything he says.

Cook flew out yesterday.

On business or to join up with pre season and lose a few lbs

Business before pleasure!

So what was his destination then ?

Copa America
Spain
French Vineyard

Let's hope he enjoyed his visit here then and there's no history between him and Mancini.

Isn't it said that Argentinians are Italians who speak Spanish but want to be English. So come on, Kun, get some proper English weather and a nice English Balti down your neck - you're gonna love it. The flat in Ancoats is ready and waiting for you.

Well, the OP has really put his cock on the block with this one.

He can claim success for the two medicals, but can he claim success for this bullish announcement?

Even TH has cast a doubt on it...

If this comes in he will truly be a full blown ITK

all morning i have been in a good mood,,and you do this

Sorry mate. Try not to take it as pissing on anybody's bonfire, questioning Salford Paul's good faith.

Simply put, deals for the very best don't happen so easily and the Sanchez deal should remind everyone of this.

Do I think it will happen, well, that's another matter...I believe Aguero will be easier to get done than Nasri as it stands.

Something would be suss of any poster who only tells people what they want to hear.

Again, I will attempt to stress, I know for 100 per cent certainty that no deal is in the bag for either Nasri or Aguero.

Both players are clear targets, and have been stated as both on here and by now Mancini.
