Thought the same immediately but just cannot see City falling for that one. He will not be allowed to go to the smoke after his comments. We would lose too much face and Kunty Kia would have got revenge
 
I seriously doubt its us because there isn't room for him. I don't believe Tevez will play on the wings so that puts him against £50m worth of Fernando Torres. It'd be a ridiculous buy.

Whats happening to Lukaku....thought he was a done deal? And if he comes who leaves?

Hey bud, i agree with the point about him not working with Torres, but not for the reasons you specify, even though i personally think they would work well if not for this...
They are both what you would call selfish (as a top striker needs to be) and thats why i think they may not work, if you had our midfield attributes then you could work it.

Thats just my view though of what i have seen of them.

Her is the scenario where i see it working...
Terry gets the ball of the keeper, a few probing passes on the wing, your marked out. Ball gets to Lampard who nudges it to Tevez who knocks it to the even more advanced Torres... GOAL.
Well thats how i could see them working together as long as they both knew to look for each other etc etc.

Anelka is surely going, Malouda is probably going. In centre forward we'd have Torres, Drogba and Lukaku which is reasonable to rotate. Adding Tevez in there would be stupid when other areas of the squad seriously need attention. It'd be like you buying more midfielders while you need to sort out your defence and attack. Not to mention City want £50m for him, thats 100m worth of player we can't even field at the same time.
