Independent Article - City's Identity - Feels spot on :(

To see so many posters for whom I have so much respect, all discussing a piece by Mark Ogden is frankly disheartening. A broken clock is right twice a day, gentlemen. It's still a broken clock, and it's still no guarantee of what the time actually is.

It belongs in the skip, not the pretty cabinet.

When all said and done,it's true there is NO English or British influence around the club,it all seems cold around the boardroom, at least Gary Cook was open and brash.

This coming season we need to regain a stronger identity on the pitch, and then people and especially the media don't start looking deeper for flaws in our business model.

Not sure how anyone could use the expression "at least Gary cook was open and brash" as if that is a good thing. It's the equivalent of saying "at least Sulaiman Al Fahim was a loud mouth, unprofessional cock who made the whole club look like a joke".

Bonding day with the fans. that's what the club should do. Set a weekend where the players get to lead a team of selected fans, do the things they do in city Tv like the jumper challenge, the tyre challenge, etc. Those crazy Japanese Korean games. Get the players connect with the supporters that they play for every game. The annual City games.
