Some people genuinely don’t seem to care about leaving the seats empty though.

One's best per machine/IP address, otherwise at the end of queue when you get in, it sometimes gives error saying queue no. used already and asks click here to join the queue again and puts you at the back of the queue ... so doesn't matter different window or browser. Best works if you open on mobile (on data, not the same wifi as your other machine) and then one on PC, which is on WiFi so there is no clash of IP address, it doesn't pick each device's IP but the main IP address you have for your router connecting so all devices on same WiFi is essentially the same as far as they are concerned, which is why I said for mobiles use data from mobile provider not your home/work router.
 
It is toss that we are resorting to refreshing pages, using more than on device when we have a loyalty points system in place that can be used.
 
It is a nightmare opening all games up at the same time to cityzen members. As someone has said above, 6 weeks before would be better. A lot of fans will be throwing a load of games onto credit cards etc as touts will no doubt be inline to swoop and sell on.
 
When I log in it currently shows just "restricted sale" / "buy membership" options for me even tho I my membership was autorenewed mid June. Same for others? maybe it will change at 10 am?

That's because until 10am it's still the window for Silver ST holders, will change when it's your window
